All requests for refund must be called in to us within 30 days
of the delivery date.
If you suspect the product is bad, please put the cork back in
and return the bottle to us with wine/spirit in it. We can't take
back any empty bottles.
If we send you a wrong product, please contact us immediately
and we will arrange a pickup and replacement.
If you wish to return the product for any other reason, send it
back to our store and we will extend you the refund less any Shipping
Fee.
The sales slip should accompany the returned item.
If the receipt provided is more than 3 months old we cannot accept
the wine for credit.
